Neruda's Footprints — out Friday 27 November 2026

Neruda's Footprints album cover by S F H: a black elephant leaving red footprints across white snow

Political awakening, shadow work and the Mirror Principle. A bridge between my first poetry book, Her Soft Fingers Pickpocket My Brain, and my upcoming book, Breakfast with Jung — turning poems from both books into song. Eight songs tracing how the boundaries we draw become the circles that trap us. Alternative rock, indie folk, pop rock, poetry.

Every S F H song begins as a poem written by hand on Waiheke Island — no label, no investor, just the people who choose to walk alongside it. If a song has moved you, you can help the next one find its way into the world.
